Bobby Brown & Bell Biv Devoe
w/s/g Case & Kid Capri

Ronnie DeVoe – “Wow, who would’ve thought that a lyric on a song [Cool It Now] over 35 years ago would be the foreshadowing of our present day situation.”

Bobby Brown – “I grew up loving what I do and I’m glad I can still do it with my friends.”

Ricky Bell – “Man, I really didn’t see this coming, but God always has a plan…
and the story continues.”

Michael Bivins – “We’re like Rock & Roll stars… its anything at any moment. We have to make decisions on how to feed our families and sometimes things change midstream. When the time is right and the spirit leads us, we WILL do it [NE] again.”

Germinating from the mother-ship phenomenon better known as New Edition, sprouts yet another branch of brilliance. Introducing “RBRM” - In this history making effort Ronnie DeVoe, Bobby Brown, Ricky Bell and Michael Bivins will hit the road to WOW their fans as a musical quartet. Never before has any music group, of any genre successfully split up only to get back together again and in the process solidifying themselves as Music Industry Icons and entertainment royalty. With a respective 35+ years of entertainment experience you can be rest assured that “RBRM” will not only continue, but also set a new standard of the performance excellence brand that all NE fans have come to love and expect.

In 1985 Bobby Brown left New Edition to pursue his solo aspirations. His debut solo album King Of Stage was released in 1986 on the MCA record label and scored a number one R&B hit with his ballad “Girlfriend”. Not at all satisfied with the underwhelming success of his debut effort, Bobby went back to the drawing board. As a result of his collaboration with producers as L.A. Reid, Babyface and Teddy Riley, Bobby’s star was about to shine bigger and brighter than even he could’ve imagined. In the summer of 1988 Bobby’s sophomore Solo album Don’t Be Cruel was released. With monster number one hits such as Don’t Be Cruel, My Prerogative, Every Little Step and Rock Wit’cha, Bobby Brown took the world by storm and never looked back. Bobby’s Don’t Be Cruel LP would go on to be the top selling album of 1989 selling 8 times platinum. In 1990 Bobby was awarded a Grammy for Best Male Vocal Performance for “Every Little Step”. In 1996 Bobby reunited with his childhood friends New Edition to collaborate on the group’s 6th studio reunion album “Home Again”. In 2016, in collaboration with co-author Nick Chiles, Bobby released the New York Times Best Seller autobiographical Memoir “Every Little Step: My Story” – on September 4, 2018 the highly anticipated “The Bobby Brown Story” biopic will premiere on the BET Network.

As yet another direct byproduct of the NE mother-ship, the dynamic trio comprised of Ricky Bell, Ronnie DeVoe and Michael Bivins AKA “BBD” burst onto the music scene in 1990. With their irresistible Hip-Hop beats, New Jack Swing and R&B harmonies the result was the1990's explosive debut album, “Poison”. Selling more then 4 million copies worldwide, the “Poison” LP generated four chart topping singles including “Do Me!” “BBD…I Thought It Was Me,” “When Will I see You Smile Again” and the ever-enduring, partystarting platinum selling title track “Poison”. In 1991, the group followed up their debut album with the Platinum selling Remix LP “WBBD-Bootcity”. In 1993, BBD released their Gold-Certified “Hootie Mack” LP which included the sultry, Babyface produced, hit ballad, "Something In Your Eyes". In 1996, “BBD” rejoined their childhood comrades Bobby Brown, Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill to record New Edition’s multi-platinum reunion album “Home Again” and launched a reunion tour for the ages. After years of globe trotting on tour and making countless TV and personal appearances, in 2016 BBD managed to slow down enough to find their way back into the booth to record their fourth studio album entitled “Three Stripes”. Released in 2017, “Three Stripes” produced the top 10 Urban A/C banger “Run”. The album also boasts the vibrant track “Finally”, a harmonious collaboration with the R&B songbirds trio SWV.

Presently Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky and Mike as brothers are stronger now than ever. With maturity comes wisdom, with wisdom comes knowledge and with knowledge comes power. While still on a familiar path, RBRM is set to blaze a brand new trail of success, as they dedicate this new era of excellence to their beloved and loyal fans for which RBRM truly exists.

Since the early days with New Edition, RBRM have collectively sold over 30 million albums internationally and have won the hearts of millions of fans worldwide. Along the journey they’ve also earned the coveted respect of their industry Execs and peers. RBRM’s many notable accolades include a Grammy win with numerous Grammy nominations, multiple American Music, Soul Train and BET Awards. They’ve received countless “Key To The City honors” as well as an abundance of esteemed salutations for their many humanitarian efforts. Most recently RBRM were bestowed (along with Ralph & Johnny) with the 2013 Soul Train Music Awards Lifetime Achievement honor.
