Palace Theatre Box Office Info
The Palace Box Office is located at 19 Clinton Avenue, just two doors up the block from the main theatre entrance. They sell tickets for all Palace Theatre events, as well as its affiliate organizations, Cohoes Music Hall, Albany Symphony Orchestra and the Park Playhouse.l as the Cohoes Music Hall and for Albany Symphony and Park Playhouse events.
From Labor Day through Memorial Day, the Palace Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM. On performance nights, the Box Office will remain open until the show begins. On Sundays with performances, the Box Office will open 3 Hours before doors open.
During the Summer, the Box Office is open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM. Weekend hours are limited and subject to change based on performances. Please call ahead at (518) 465-4663 before making a trip to purchase tickets on these days.

Cohoes Music Hall Box Office Info
Tickets for Cohoes Music Hall Performances may be purchased in person in advance at the Cohoes Visitors Center (located on the ground floor of the Music Hall at 58 Remsen Street). The Box Office in the Visitors Center is open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to noon.
Walk up tickets, as available, may also be purchased in person at the Box Office in the main Music Hall lobby on the day of performances. The Box Office will be open one half hour prior to performances for walk-up sales.
All of the above payment methods accepted at the Palace box office will also be accepted at the Cohoes Music Hall box office.
Tickets for performances at the Music Hall may also be purchased in person at the Palace Box Office, online at www.ticketmaster.com or via TicketMaster Charge-By-Phone at (800) 745-3000.
Reduced Ticket Fees For Members
Members of the Palace Theatre receive personalized service directly through the Palace Box Office and pay minimal to no fees on all phone and online orders dependent upon membership level. Visit our Membership page to learn how to join.
Accessible seating is available on the Orchestra level only at the Palace Theatre. The Cohoes Music Hall is accessible on every level of the theatre via elevator. Tickets for accessible seats may be purchased by calling the Box Office at 518-465-4663.
A Will Call window is located in the lobby at both the Palace Theatre and Cohoes Music Hall. Will Call opens one hour prior to the performance at the Palace and one half hour prior to performances at the Cohoes Music Hall.

Exchanges & Refunds
Refunds are issued ONLY in the event of a show cancellation or date change. To receive a refund, tickets must be brought to their original point of purchase, refunds cannot be given at any location except where tickets were originally purchased. Refunds are available up to one year from the original performance date. There are no exchanges offered on any purchased tickets. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason for complimentary tickets. Purchases of Memberships may not be refunded for any reason.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Tickets
The venue is not responsible for lost or misplaced tickets. Customers who purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster should call 800-745-3000 and follow the prompts for a customer service representative. Customers who purchased their tickets through the venue should call the Box Office at (518) 465-4663 during regular business hours.
Ticket prices include a facility fee to ensure the continued maintenance and preservation of the historic Palace Theatre. Additional fees may be charged based on TicketMaster policies and on the point of sale used by the patron.
